samantha died
and my houseguests were the ones to find him. i changed his water a couple days ago and put this fake plumeria in it that i had from hawaii. it seemed safe, but when i cleaned the bowl out it felt like the texture of it had really changed and it made me think that maybe it was made with something toxic. terrible. i feel bad. not sure if i'm going to replace him. maybe its too soon.

Will there be a memorial service? I must say, although we never met, I felt like I knew him. I am sure he is with us in spirit now. Don't blame yourself Sasha. Maybe he had a faulty fishy heart valve or something. We will never forget you Steve... er, uh, Sam...

I remember when my beta died. He didn't float, he sunk. I wonder what that means...?
Love ya! Keep your spirits up!
